Architecture note
Security and data
How a report request moves from your LMS to our service and back, what it carries, and what is kept afterward.
How a request works
- 1The plugin, running inside your Totara or Moodle site, collects the aggregated figures the request needs.
- 2Learner identities stay on your site. Evaluation answers are sent only with names, emails, numbers and links removed.
- 3Our EU-hosted service passes the request to Anthropic Claude through the commercial API. Data sent this way is not used for training.
- 4The report or draft returns to your LMS. Drafts wait for a person to review them.
- 5Request content is not kept once the request is complete. Enterprise reports and drafts are kept so you can return to them.

Leaves your LMS
- Aggregated completion, grade and SCORM figures
- Course-evaluation answers, with names, emails, numbers and links removed
- Course structure and content you choose to analyze
- A submission a teacher sends for grading assistance, without names, emails or user IDs
Never leaves your LMS
- Learner names, emails and user IDs
- Individual learner records, other than a submission sent for grading assistance
- Request content, once the request is complete
- Hosting
- European Union.
- Model provider
- Anthropic Claude, commercial API, included in every plan: no separate AI license or API key. Not used for training.
- Plugin
- Open source, GPL. Reviewed by Moodle, on the Moodle Marketplace. Totara and Moodle 4.4–5.2.
- Retention
- Request content is not kept. Enterprise reporting stores aggregated figures, finished reports and drafts, to show trends over time.
- Human review
- Drafts are never published without a person approving them.
- Questionnaires
- We complete security questionnaires for procurement. Send yours.
