in your LMS
A standard plugin install. Drop the block into any course, paste an API key, and the AI assistant lives inside Moodle or Totara alongside your existing tools.

Setup
Four steps. Roughly five minutes.
Standard plugin install — your LMS admin will recognise the flow.
1. Download the plugin
Sign in to download the latest plugin ZIP for your LMS. The download is gated to authenticated accounts.
- Go to Site Administration → Plugins → Install plugins
- Upload the ZIP file (or extract it to /blocks/mastermind_assistant/)
- Complete the plugin installation wizard
2. Configure your API key
Once installed, the plugin needs your API key from the Mastermind Assistant dashboard.
- Go to Site Administration → Plugins → Blocks → Mastermind Assistant
- Set Dashboard URL to: https://mastermindassistant.ai
- Paste your API key from the API Keys page in your dashboard
- Click Test Connection to verify
3. Add the block to a course
Add the Mastermind Assistant block to any course page to start using AI-powered insights.
- Open any course as an editing teacher or admin
- Turn editing on
- Add the Mastermind Assistant block to the page
- The AI assistant is now ready to analyse your course
4. Start using AI features
Click Get Recommendations in the block to analyse your course and receive AI-powered improvement suggestions.
